Developmental Housing, Sakan Warn Beneficiaries against Unauthorized Intermediaries

The Developmental Housing and Developmental Housing Foundation (Sakan) warned beneficiaries against dealing with unauthorized accounts or individuals claiming they can submit applications, expedite procedures, or influence allocation priority in exchange for money.

 They said housing support registration is carried out through the Sakani platform, while developmental housing procedures are completed through the relevant official channels. Allocation is based on approved eligibility and priority criteria and the availability of suitable housing solutions. Using an unofficial intermediary or paying one does not give a beneficiary additional priority or affect the application review or allocation process.
