Mirkaz Al-Balad Al-Ameen Initiative Hosts Session on Development in Makkah
The Mirkaz Al-Balad Al-Ameen Initiative in Makkah hosted a dialogue session focusing on the role of partnerships in strengthening trust and advancing development, as part of its intellectual programs addressing development and economic issues shaping the future of Makkah. The event brought together specialists and stakeholders in investment and development. The session highlighted public–private partnerships as a key driver of development and investment in major cities. It also discussed the role of the real estate market in attracting investment and financing, explaining that strong market activity enhances investor confidence and supports the launch of projects that improve the urban landscape and urban environment.
The session underscored Makkah’s unique status as a city of global religious and historical significance, stressing the need for development projects that respect this character while providing high-quality services for residents and visitors and enhancing
quality of life in the Holy City.
