Saudi Red Crescent Trains over 700,000 People in H1 2026
The Saudi Red Crescent Authority conducted more than 31,797 training courses during the first half of 2026, benefiting over 766,103 participants across the Kingdom as part of its efforts to promote first aid awareness and enhance the preparedness of communities and healthcare professionals.
In the field of specialized training, the authority delivered 124 medical courses attended by 2,966 healthcare practitioners. The programs covered advanced and accredited training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), disaster management, basic and advanced life support, trauma life support, medical treatment protocols, and the safe operation of emergency medical service vehicles, enhancing the capabilities of healthcare personnel and improving the quality of emergency medical services.
These results reflect the authority's continued commitment to achieving its strategic objectives of expanding first aid knowledge, improving community preparedness, qualifying healthcare professionals, and boosting partnerships across various sectors, supporting an enhanced quality of life and Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
