KSrelief Concludes Volunteer Medical Project for Pediatric Open-Heart Surgery in Nairobi, Kenya

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) concluded a volunteer medical project for pediatric open-heart surgery in Nairobi, the Republic of Kenya. The project ran from September 30 to October 5, 2026, with 12 medical, nursing, and technical volunteers.

 KSrelief’s volunteer medical team successfully performed 12 open-heart surgeries and 22 cardiac surgical procedures.

 The campaign is part of the volunteer medical projects Saudi Arabia carries out through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of patients and injured people in countries in need worldwide.
