‘Shour Dulani – Eastern Region 2026’ Forum Sets Guinness World Record with 523 Consultations

Under the patronage of Governor of Eastern Region Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the “Shour Dulani – Eastern Region 2026” forum concluded on Wednesday.

 The forum was jointly organized by Dulani Business Center, an initiative of the Social Development Bank (SDB), and the Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Asharqia Young Business Council.

 The 2026 edition set a Guinness World Record by providing 523 specialized consultations to support startup development in less than eight hours on the first day. This marked the highest number of startup development consultations delivered worldwide within that period.

 The governor honored the forum's sponsors in recognition of their support for the initiative and contribution to its objectives.

 Held on Tuesday and Wednesday at the chamber’s headquarters, the forum aimed to empower entrepreneurs and owners of startups and small and medium-sized enterprises. It provided specialized advice and connected participants with relevant experts to help them develop their projects and enhance their prospects for growth and sustainability.

 More than 100 consultants and experts provided specialized advice to over 979 entrepreneurs during the two-day forum. Consultations covered eight promising fields and sectors: tourism, electronic gaming, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, business development, energy, finance and funding, and logistics.
