Saudi, Egyptian Public Security Chiefs Co-Chair Second Meeting of Joint Security Committee
Director of Public Security Mohammed Al-Bassami and Assistant Minister of Interior for the Public Security Sector of the Arab Republic of Egypt Mahmoud Abu Amra co-chaired today the second meeting of the Saudi–Egyptian Joint Security Committee in Riyadh.
The meeting discussed a number of issues related to strengthening security cooperation between the two brotherly countries, exchanging expertise, and coordinating joint efforts to combat crime in the implementation of the cooperation agreement signed between the two sides in this field.
The meeting falls within the framework of the fraternal relations and ongoing cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and both sides' keenness to develop mechanisms of joint coordination, thereby raising the efficiency of security work and enhancing security and stability in both countries.
